We invite all citizens, history lovers and friends of the city to attend the ceremonial unveiling of a memorial plaque dedicated to this great and important anniversary and the first Croatian king Tomislav. The program will further enhance the performance of the students of the Pakrac Elementary Music School, creating an atmosphere worthy of this historic anniversary.

Explore an intimate yet informative exhibition dedicated to Croatia’s medieval roots, statehood, and symbols of the time of King Tomislav. The exhibition can be viewed during regular Library opening hours.

Join us for an extremely interesting and professional lecture by Dr. Trpimir Vedriš, professor at the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. Learn more about King Tomislav from the perspective of historical science, collective memory, and mythological interpretations that have shaped his image today.
We invite all our fellow citizens to participate in the program and mark this important anniversary with us. Together, we preserve and celebrate the heritage that has shaped us for more than a millennium.
